Natalie J. Perry is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Graduate School of Education, where she teaches Education as an Advanced Field of Study and Landscape of Higher Education. In addition, she is the concentration lead in the Master’s in Higher Education Administration program. Dr. Perry’s research interests include equity and diversity in higher education; urban education and college access; organizational theory; and the faculty experience. She is a member of the American Educational Research Association, the Association for Study of Higher Education, and the Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education.
Previously, Dr. Perry served as a Massachusetts Women’s Leadership Fellow at MassDevelopment, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ economic development and finance agency. As a Fellow she worked on key initiatives to stimulate economic growth and strengthen communities across the state. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Perry spent several years teaching high school in urban communities and working in college access and retention programs.
