The Master of Professional Studies in Analytics teaches the skills analysts need to apply the knowledge, skills, and dispositions through behavior directly related to performance goals. These include statistics and math, analytics systems technology, business intelligence, advanced analytics, business process/management, business analytics agility, communicating with data, leadership, and data governance, policy, and ethics.
Students apply the principles, tools, and methods of analytics to a project within a sponsoring organization to successfully assist with the extraction, development, delivery, and/or translation/implementation of data analysis for decision making in organizations.
This program was redesigned in 2021 to reflect new trends in the field, supported by faculty and business partners.
