Bryan Patterson, PhD, is a faculty member in the Graduate Education programs, including the Doctor of Education program. Patterson has taught and developed courses in both the Doctor of Education program and the Master of Science in Leadership program. His current research interests include individual and organizational leadership, change management, and social entrepreneurship development in nonprofit and community organizations. His most recent publications include the “Influences of Student Organizational Leadership Experiences in Agricultural Students Leadership Behaviors” in the "Journal of Organizational Learning and Leadership."
