Melisa Lacroix, MEd, is a database administrator who works with educators to help them access, understand, and use data in order to improve student outcomes. She has an extensive background in communication, instructional design, and education technology. Lacroix earned a Master of Education in Learning Analytics from Northeastern University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Missouri-Columbia with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science.
