Goode’s research interests include leadership development, consulting, process improvement, culture change, organization development, and executive coaching. She is a certified e-learning instructor experienced in delivering in-person, blended, and online classes. Goode is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and is certified as a senior professional in human resources. She is the founder of Goode Leadership Development, a consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
