Three law co-ops
You’ll spend three full semesters working in law firms, judges’ chambers, government offices, public defender and prosecutor offices, or with a wide variety of business and nonprofit organizations to gain experience in multiple practice areas. Our law co-op program is nationally recognized for its robust and diverse base of 1,000+ employers, allowing you to create a singular work experience that propels you toward your goals. Global Consulting Project
Through this transformative elective course, you’ll work in a team to tackle a real business issue or opportunity for a multinational company. You’ll travel to the company’s international location for approximately one week, conducting research, analysis, and client interviews to inform your consulting recommendations. Washington, D.C., Residency
This one-week, three-credit intensive course in Washington, D.C., showcases the intersection of government with business. Meet with current and former legislators and staff, senior civil servants, business executives, lobbyists, and other officials to learn firsthand how public policy affects companies, industries, and economies worldwide. Global Field Study

You’ll enroll first in the School of Law before seeking admission to the D’Amore-McKim School of Business during either your first or second year of law school.
Northeastern Law Application Dates
Early decision
Northeastern Law offers a binding early decision program to students whose first choice is Northeastern. You must sign a form to confirm you intend to apply early decision and not early action, and, if granted admission, you must immediately withdraw all outstanding applications. When you apply early decision, you'll receive a decision by December 31. To be reviewed for early decision, your application must be received by December 1. The last LSAT accepted is in November. Once admitted, you'll be required to submit an enrollment deposit by January 15.

When you apply early action, you'll receive a decision by February 15. To be reviewed for early action, your application must be received by December 1. The last LSAT accepted is in November.
Regular decision
When you complete your application by the March 1 regular decision deadline, you'll receive a decision by April 15. You must take the LSAT no later than February. You're welcome to submit applications after March 1; however, applications received after the March 1 deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis throughout the spring and summer.
*Final deadline for international applicants needing a new F-1 or J-1 visa

You must apply and gain admission independently to both Northeastern Law and the D'Amore-McKim School of Business. You'll enroll first in Northeastern Law before seeking admission to the D'Amore-McKim School of Business during either your first or your second year of law school.
