Nanomedicine is a rapidly growing field that uses nanotechnology to solve problems in drug delivery and medicine. The Graduate Certificate in Nanomedicine is a one-of-a-kind industry-aligned program that combines advanced training in nanomedicine with skills development in research, translation, and commercialization. We bring together scientists and engineers to study alongside prospective clinicians and healthcare professionals in order to improve human health. This experiential learning program is ideal for individuals seeking careers in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or clinical fields. Program participants study both fundamental and applied aspects of nanomedicine, and then apply this knowledge to designing strategies for nanomedicine innovation, translation, and commercialization. The curriculum includes a variety of activities for scientific and professional development, including lectures, case studies, journal readings, term projects, and close interactions with distinguished faculty and experts drawn from academia, hospitals, industry, and government.  As a nanomedicine certificate student, you will earn more than just an education–you will be prepared to innovate, collaborate, and lead industry projects in nanomedicine.

  • English language proficiency:
    • Degree earned or in progress at a U.S. institution
    • Degree earned or in progress at an institution where English is the only medium of instruction
    • Official exam scores from either the TOEFL iBT (institution code is 3682), IELTS, PTE exam, or Duolingo English Test. Scores are valid for 2 years from the test date.
