The online Graduate Certificate in Organizational Communication online program focuses on the dynamics of communication and how to become an effective communicator in complex organizations. Whether this involves meetings, professional presentations, crisis communication, or intercultural exchanges, the message is: effective communication is essential to career success. Related topics include ethical issues in organizational communication and strategies and techniques for assessment, negotiation, and information management.

The online program prepares students to communicate clearly in an increasingly digital environment. The format also makes it easier for working professionals to balance coursework with professional and personal commitments.
