This four-course graduate certificate provides students with the chemical engineering knowledge and skills to lead the planning and implementation of process safety design solutions for industrial firms. Students will be able to assist in meeting the regulatory requirements and confirming code compliance, prioritizing the safety, health, and welfare of their employees and the public, as well as making industrial firms safer and more profitable.
