Experience-powered learning is central to the program. In the core curriculum, you’ll complete two experiential courses: one focused on business decision-making in a complex, changing environment, and one where you’ll tackle a real-world societal challenge.

In the Experiential Business Decision Making course, you’ll take on the role of a C-suite level executive setting strategy under real-world conditions. Working in a team, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders, present your recommendations, and incorporate their feedback.

For the societal challenge requirement, you’ll choose from a set of options including sustainability, DEI, ESG investing, and international strategy, each pairing hands-on project work with guidance from industry experts. Whichever you select, you’ll go deep on a defining challenge at the intersection of strategy and society.

Across both courses, you’ll deepen your subject-matter knowledge, sharpen your ability to apply it in context, and develop the human skills so pivotal to business success.

Core courses build the functional foundation every business leader needs: accounting, finance, operations, marketing, organizational management, and strategy, while consistently connecting that foundation to the decisions and challenges shaping business today. You’ll analyze financial data to drive strategic choices, explore how innovation and entrepreneurship create value, and examine how supply chains, customer relationships, and organizational dynamics intersect. Throughout, the emphasis is on developing both the analytical rigor and the human skills that define effective leaders grounded in the same applied, real-world orientation the program is built on.

The Fast App is a streamlined path to enrollment. Fill out the Fast App form — just basic contact information and confirmation of a conferred bachelor's degree.

From there, you'll receive a follow-up email with next steps to enroll in two pathway courses. Complete both with a B or higher and submit your official transcripts to earn full admission.
