Program overview

Improve healthcare delivery

Offered through Northeastern’s Vancouver campus, the online Master of Science in Health Informatics program is designed for domestic Canadian students looking to lead innovation in healthcare. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines health informatics, public health, biostatistics, and business management, with a focus on improving care through data and technology. A required capstone project allows students to apply their skills to real-world challenges in Canadian healthcare. With flexible options for part-time and full-time study, this program prepares graduates to bridge the gap between clinical care and modern health technology practices.

This program is offered under the written consent of the Minister effective January 31, 2025, having undergone a quality assessment process and been found to meet the criteria established by the Minister.
