Northeastern’s MPS in Organizational Intelligence is a uniquely interdisciplinary, STEM-designated program that positions you at the intersection of leadership, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
With real-world training in AI, data analytics, and quantitative methods through both coursework and projects, you’ll put your skills into action right away. You’ll also be able to choose one of six industry-focused concentrations to further develop your expertise.
You’ll graduate with the technical skills employers demand, specialized knowledge in a key aspect of business operations, and a deep understanding of how to support both employees and stakeholders, preparing you to lead tech-enabled decision-making in any sector.

Specialize in one of six industry-aligned concentrations:
Human resource management: Understand how to use AI and other digital tools to optimize retention, recruiting, and other aspects of human resources.
Nonprofit management: Develop the skills to make data-driven decisions in the nonprofit sector, from charity organizations to schools and beyond
National security and intelligence: Learn to use AI, data analytics, and more to improve resilience, identify threats, and develop security solutions.
Organizational leadership: Understand organizational leadership frameworks and how digital tools can increase effective business practices.
Corporate and organizational communication: Develop impactful communication strategies using cutting-edge digital tools.
Applied logistics: Learn to manage logistics for businesses of any size to achieve more efficient, affordable operations.

In this uniquely interdisciplinary program, you’ll develop a wide range of skills in leadership, analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making with the help of new technologies.
Critically assess the responsible use of AI, analytics, and organizational leadership with sensitivity to issues of equity, privacy, inclusion, and professional integrity.
Use applied statistics, data analytics, and AI-driven methods to analyze organizational data, evaluate patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Articulate and effectively defend the significance of leadership, governance, and ethics in data analytics in terms of challenges and trends in a local, national, or global context.
Interpret complex data and leverage leadership analytics to guide evidence-based strategies in organizational settings.

Some courses and labs have tuition rates that may increase or decrease total tuition. Tuition and fees are subject to revision by the president and Board of Trustees at any time. Select programs at select campuses offer additional scholarships of up to 25% off the listed price for domestic students studying on campus. For students interested in pursuing financial assistance or educational loans, additional educational costs, known as Cost of Attendance (COA) components, can be included in the calculation of aid and loan eligibility.
