Darin Detwiler, DLP, MEd is the assistant dean at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies and director of the Master of Science program in Regulatory Affairs of Food. Regarded as “one of America’s leading food safety advocates” by Food Safety Magazine and as one of the most well-known, respected, and accomplished people in the food safety industry (Food Safety News), Detwiler is a nationally recognized leader in food regulatory industry and academia, with over 25 years of consultation for industry, government, and NGOs. His current research focuses on Blockchain and food authenticity.
